FRANKEL STREET

These perspective views were part of a large landed house project in the east region of Singapore. They were intended for the owner’s daughters; Kai Yi and Kai Peng. The client wished for sustainable rooms that his children can stay in from childhood up to when they grow up. Thus, neutral tones were selected instead of bright, child-like colours.

The rooms also took the users’ interests into consideration. For example, Kai Yi’s room has big wardrobes for many clothes and an accessory cabinet, whereas Kai Peng’s room had shelves for dolls and light blue accents, which was her favourite colour.
