The brief for this project was to turn a tiny flat into a rental accommodation for university students. The owner’s main concern was to minimize the building cost while making the most of the limited space.

The proposed design offered various space-saving solutions including the use of full-height mirrors, a fold-in coffee table, and concealed storage under the bed.

​

To ensure that everything falls within budget, most furniture are bought off-the-shelf instead of being custom-made.
